Basically linked to the core/reset but can modded or upgrade it via theme. Much of what you see here is probably a fruit of the theme. The core system deals with texts almost exclusively as a form of reset.

It should be added that the standard theme offers an incredible variety of situations that almost never need to be used.
It is good to structure the resign following a solid principles based on the uxd, for exemple: Google search, on web with "LAWS OF UX", an amazon book, on github articles (exemple: ux process), and find on youtube tuts

Pre it's not valid tag for codes.
For exemple, pre, can't print a script tag.

Basically no tags can contain code.
We suggest:
 - Use PRE tag for prepackaged texts
 - use CODE tag with the dynamic system for a block of code.
 - use SAMP tag (if possible with the dynamic system) for a partial printing.
